Of All the Beaches, and sorry Elon....
Giving a convincing impression of competence. Gilly's Beach, Lynard Cay, Bahamas November 5, 2025

I fixed my video issues! It was not Elon's fault at all-which is awkward, since I've already publicly blamed him and dispatched a strongly worded letter via pigeon. And although he will never probably forgive me, the problem did feel quite Starlinky at the time. It turned out to be a pesky glitch in the matrix or somesuch. Who cares. Because, here it is!

Ken will clearly never make faces on my command again.

Of course Great Sale Cay now seems like a lifetime ago, and I'm officially a seasoned sailor now that we have been on the water for 5 whole days. I think the Bahamian coast guard popo might be back any minute for some tips.

These guys just can't get enough of me and my boaty skillz

Speaking of my sea-skillz, just in case Captain Kenny is "accidentally" pushed off the boat for being excessively know-it-all, I thought I had better learn some boaty type things. Today I heroically dinghied us to Gilly's Beach (clearly named after my Mum Gawd bless her) at Lynard Cay, without ruining the engine. (Although Ken says it was close. He also insists on supervising me like I'm handling nuclear material-so take that for what it's worth).

The audacity I tell you. Time to get naked and scare off the marauders.

We were hanging out enjoying our bickering about how to trim the dinghy engine before it explodes, when whatyaknow a massive catamaran appeared out of nowhere and parked right in front of us, hogging the beach view. I'm reminded of that famous line from Casablanca...."of all the gin joints in all the beaches, you had to anchor next to me". What is it with people seeking "solitude" only to want to huddle up once they find it? Maybe they read my last newsletter and came to verify that my rock star, pirate husband actually exists. Or maybe they also want some boating tips.

Either way, we are not alone now. And being a spoilt individual I want to leave immediately. However, the wind is not complying for the crossing to Eleuthra yet, so I sulked and vacuumed the carpet instead- which was very grateful. Tomorrow I will inflict my dinghying techniques on us some more, and take us to Little Harbor, which apparently has an artist's colony....lets hope its a bit more pro than the "art" on Gilly's Beach....
